Women in Land Development (WILD) will host their next monthly series titled, "Your Voice, Your Power: Persuasive Speaking for Women" with Joanna Roses! Your voice is your power. In this session, discover tools to persuade with impact and lead with presence. Learn how to frame your message, command the room with confidence, and use your voice to influence and inspire.

As a certified leadership coach and Founder/CEO of Joanna Roses Coaching & Communications, Joanna's 25+ years of executive coaching, communications and marketing experience helps strengthen executive leaders and build efficient, connected and collaborative cultures, teams and organizations.
Over the last 25 years, Joanna's career has been defined by her direct experience in leading companies through significant change, helping them to navigate growth and transformation, M&As, layoffs, crises, rebrands, strategy shifts, and much more. As an executive and leadership coach, she specializes in working with executives, leaders and teams in transition such as new roles or promotions, career changes, people changes, strategy shifts, or finding new ways of working in the changing workplace.
She partners with senior leaders to master the skills to advance their careers, using her 8C's of Executive Presence Framework (composure, confidence, communication, character, charisma, credibility, connection, and command) to help them become confident, influential, effective and authentic leaders.
She brings firsthand perspective from her executive leadership positions in communications and integrated marketing at organizations like SAS, Nickelodeon, the global agency Golin, and at Understood.org, and as a partner, coach, and strategist to leaders at Merz Aesthetics, The National 4-H Council, L'Oreal, Kayak, Canon, Avanade, and more. Joanna also serves as an instructor for professional leadership development at Wake Tech and as an alumni executive leadership and career coach for Emory University, her alma mater.
