The NC Legislature passed Senate Bill 2009, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) for Schools, in July 2006. Now, with the support of the NC legislature, local governments and school boards like those throughout the Triangle can begin to embark on these partnerships and help provide the best long-term solution for the school construction and school growth dilemma we face.
