Jacob Rogers Chief Executive Officer

It is with great excitement that we announce that Jacob Rogers will become the next Chief Executive Officer of the TCC effective November 1, 2017.  Jacob has been working tirelessly as an advocate for the TCC while at the Triangle Apartment Association for the past two years, and as the TCC's Executive Director for a year prior to that.  Jacob has established strong ties with municipal leaders throughout the Triangle and was most notably responsible for successfully fighting a huge increase in development fees imposed by Orange County, which ultimately resulted in state legislation stripping away Orange County's ability to charge school impact fees.

We are extremely grateful for Jacob's dedication and hard work and look forward to him leading the TCC in the future.

Please join me in congratulating Jacob whose work ethic and focus will help the TCC be even more effective in executing our mission: to promote public policy that encourages a balance among economic growth, development, the environment, and community needs while protecting the rights and interests of property owners.
